Common Questions
Do I need all four services?
No. Start with the website build. Everything else is optional and can be added later. Most clients start with Build + Maintenance, then add Center21 when they need leads.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, it's applied to your total build cost.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You own 100% of the source code, design assets, and content. No lock-in. No proprietary CMS. It's yours.
Who manages my ad spend?
You fund the ad accounts directly. Dominion Engine manages the campaigns, optimizes spend, and auto-kills underperformers. Ad spend is your cost — our fee is the service fee above.
How does payment work?
Deposit secures your build slot. 50% of the remaining balance is due at design sign-off (Day 7). Final 50% is due before launch (Day 20). Monthly services bill on the 1st.
