Dominion Engine Terms of Service

Dominion Engine is an autonomous marketing platform operated by Beltech Corp Holdings ("Company"). The platform provides five layers of marketing automation: video production (Production Engine), AI content generation (FORGE), paid ad management (PULSE), multi-platform distribution, and automated direct messaging (DM Layer).

Dominion Engine operates autonomously — generating content, scheduling posts, launching and killing ads, and sending messages without manual intervention. By subscribing, you ("Subscriber") acknowledge and accept this autonomous operation model.

Starter ($1,997/mo): AI video production (4/mo), FORGE creative generation, 3-platform distribution, basic PULSE (1 platform), monthly report.

Growth ($3,997/mo): Everything in Starter plus: 12 videos/mo, 6-platform distribution, full PULSE with auto-kill/auto-scale, DM automation (WhatsApp + IG + Messenger).

Authority ($5,997/mo): Everything in Growth plus: unlimited video production, custom brand voice AI training, multi-brand management, weekly FORGE batches, dedicated strategist, COMMAND integration.

Credits reset on the billing anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over. Each operation consumes credits: social post = 1 credit, video = 1 credit, ad campaign = 2 credits, DM batch = 1 credit, FORGE batch = 5 credits.

3.1 AI-Generated Content. Content generated by FORGE (text, image prompts, video scripts) is created using AI (Claude by Anthropic). You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all generated content for commercial purposes. Company does not claim ownership of content generated for your account.

3.2 Content Review. While FORGE includes brand voice alignment and originality checks, AI-generated content may occasionally produce inaccurate, off-brand, or inappropriate material. You are ultimately responsible for content published under your brand. You may enable or disable auto-posting in your account settings.

3.3 Platform Compliance. Content is distributed to third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Each platform has its own content policies. Company makes reasonable efforts to generate compliant content but is not liable for content rejections, account restrictions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

3.4 Ad Content. PULSE-managed ads are subject to advertising platform review policies. Company is not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or policy violations resulting from AI-generated ad creative. Subscriber maintains responsibility for ensuring ad content complies with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

4.1 Dominion Engine subscription fees are separate from ad spend. PULSE manages ad campaigns on your connected ad accounts. Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to your payment method on file with those platforms.

4.2 PULSE auto-kill rules stop underperforming campaigns based on configurable thresholds (CPC, ROAS, time). Auto-scale rules increase budget on performing campaigns. You configure these thresholds. Company is not liable for ad spend incurred by campaigns operating within your configured rules.

4.3 You are solely responsible for setting and monitoring daily/total budget caps on your ad platform accounts. Dominion Engine operates within the budgets you set but does not override platform-level budget limits.

5.1 The DM Layer sends automated messages via WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM, Messenger, and LinkedIn messaging. These messages are sent on your behalf using your connected accounts.

5.2 You are responsible for obtaining consent from recipients before automated messaging, as required by applicable law (TCPA, GDPR, platform terms). Company provides tools for consent management but does not verify individual recipient consent.

5.3 Message volume is subject to platform-imposed rate limits. Company is not liable for messages that are throttled, blocked, or rejected by messaging platforms.

COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR: (A) THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM OUTAGES, POLICY CHANGES, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS; (B) AD SPEND INCURRED ON SUBSCRIBER'S AD ACCOUNTS; (C) REVENUE LOSS FROM CONTENT THAT UNDERPERFORMS; (D) REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT PUBLISHED WITH AUTO-POST ENABLED.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation: all scheduled posts are cancelled, active PULSE campaigns are paused (not deleted — you manage them directly on the ad platform), DM queues are flushed, and FORGE stops generating. Data remains accessible for 30 days.
