Center21 Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Center21 is a CRM and pipeline automation platform operated by Beltech Corp Holdings ("Company"). Center21 provides: lead capture via webhooks, pipeline management with configurable stages, automated email/SMS/WhatsApp sequences, lead scoring, contact management, and engagement analytics.
Center21 is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you ("Subscriber", "you") agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Tiers
Core ($997/mo): 1 pipeline, 7 stages, email sequences, 500 contacts, lead scoring, webhook lead capture, engagement dashboard.
Growth ($1,997/mo): Everything in Core plus: SMS sequences, 3 pipelines, 2,500 contacts, auto-advance rules, monthly strategy report.
Authority ($2,997/mo): Everything in Growth plus: WhatsApp sequences, unlimited pipelines + contacts, AI lead qualification, white-label portal, COMMAND auto-qualification, dedicated account manager.
Contact limits are based on active contacts (not archived). Archived contacts do not count toward limits.
3. Billing and Payment
3.1 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Payment is due on the subscription anniversary date.
3.2 Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, the account is paused (sequences stop, webhook capture continues but contacts are queued). After 30 days of non-payment, the account is suspended.
3.3 Subscribers may upgrade tiers at any time. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
3.4 No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
4. Data Ownership and Portability
4.1 Your Data. You retain full ownership of all data you input into Center21, including contacts, sequences, pipeline configurations, and custom fields. Company does not claim ownership of your data.
4.2 Export. You may export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format via the API or dashboard. Upon account cancellation, Company will provide a complete data export within 30 days of request.
4.3 Deletion. Upon written request, Company will permanently delete all Subscriber data within 60 days, except as required by law or legitimate business records retention.
4.4 Aggregated Data. Company may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from platform usage for product improvement, benchmarking, and research. This data cannot be traced to individual Subscribers or their contacts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Center21 to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Collect or store data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, or TCPA
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Distribute malware or malicious content through sequences
- Exceed published rate limits or abuse the API
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or sublicense access without an active Agency Partner Agreement
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Service Level
6.1 Uptime Target. Company targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the Center21 platform, measured excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
6.2 Maintenance. Scheduled maintenance occurs during low-traffic hours (Sunday 2-6 AM CT) with 48 hours advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
6.3 Support. Core tier: email support (48-hour response). Growth tier: email support (24-hour response). Authority tier: priority email + chat support (4-hour response during business hours).
7. Security
7.1 All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Database hosted on Supabase with row-level security enabled.
7.2 Authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens. Session management follows OWASP best practices.
7.3 API keys use cryptographically secure random generation. Webhook signatures use HMAC-SHA256 verification.
7.4 Company will notify affected Subscribers within 72 hours of discovering a confirmed data breach affecting their data.
8. Limitation of Liability
COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY SUBSCRIBER IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE FROM MISSED LEADS, UNDELIVERED SEQUENCES, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM OUTAGES (EMAIL PROVIDERS, SMS CARRIERS, WHATSAPP).
9. General
Governing Law: State of Illinois, USA.
Amendments: Company may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
